We are seeking a personable, qualified Senior Mechanical Estimator in our Mississauga, Ontario office.

STATUS: Full-time
LOCATION: Mississauga Head Office
HOURS OF WORK: 36 HRS per week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum ten (10) years of overall Mechanical Contracting estimating experience
• Mechanical estimating experience within Health Care Facilities is an asset
• Knowledge and experience with QuickPen & Estimating Software
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and Windows OS Platform
• Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings & specifications thoroughly
• Must be able to create and modify drawings for construction As Builts using AutoCAD
• Must be able to effectively and professionally interact with others
• Must be extremely detail oriented and accurate
• Must have superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Resourceful research and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work efficiently while under pressure and tight deadlines
